Mushroom stitch bag
In this pattern I have:
- The bag pattern (simple. no lining or metal rings. zipper optional)
2.Two variants of the mushroom stitch (to use on any project you like)
- Simple version and Complex (Assembly) version ( d rings, swivel clasps, fabric lining , ect.)
All in same pattern.
Supplies;
• h (5 mm) or g (4.5 mm) crochet hook.
• 4 color skeins of worsted weight yarn
(any brand will do.I used Loops and threads from Michael’s for this one in brown, white, red, and green for the Amanita mushroom variant. You can use other colors for whatever type of mushroom you like.)
Optional supplies (advanced assembly.)
• Darning needle (optional for sewing in weave ends)
• Fabric lining
(I used Walmart fat quarter. Adding a fabric lining adds stability, functionality, and reduces potential stretching.)
• Sewing thread and needles or fabric glue.
• Metal D rings. (For straps)
• Swivel lobster claw clasp
(for straps. Makes them removable.)
• 8 inch zipper. (Closure)
You can use cotton or any worsted weight acrylic yarn with this pattern, I just used loops and threads.
