MY DOTLINE TEE
ABOUT THE DESIGN:
MY DOTLINE TEE is a roomy summer tee with a boat neck and feminine contrast-colored stripes made of small pretty bubbles looking like pearls on a piece of string – hence the name DOTLINE.
MY DOTLINE TEE is worked from the top down. First the front yoke is worked back and forth with Dotline stripes and increases at the armholes. Then stitches are knitted up from the cast-on, and the back is worked to match the front. The body is joined under the armholes, and then the body is worked in the round and finished with a folded hem. Stitches for the sleeves are knitted up around the armhole. The Dotline stripes continue, and the sleeve is shaped using short rows for a better fit. The sleeves are finished with a folded hem.
