This is my first time trying my own pattern and my first attempt at C2C. It was originally made for my first grand baby. I had made it for personal use but was asked to make it available so here goes.

I have made the blanket with both a 4mm and a 4.5mm, using 2 different types of dk. C2C part of the blanket measures approx 27” x 29” (using a 4.5mm). A border can be added to increase the size as desired. My finished piece after adding a border measured approx 30”x33”

The blanket took approximately 942 yards of desired background colour, plus 471 yards of white. I used 6 skeins of James C Brett cotton on in pink and 3 skeins of white.

I crochet quite rightly so finished pieces may vary in size.
