This pattern was written to look more like the paper poppy that are sold every year. I knit as many as I can and give them to the Legion for them to sale. The last two years they have almost doubled their annual sales..

Size and gauge will depends on the yarn you decide to choose, with DK it will be a little bit bigger than their paper counterpart.
You will need only about 2-3 grams remnants of red or purple DK.

This pattern has not been tested yet so please let me know of any errors or unclear explanation.
