This is a wide-brimmed bucket hat perfect for wearing from spring to fall.

This pattern does not have a specific size or gauge. By inputting your head circumference and gauge into the Excel-generated pattern, you can knit a hat that fits you perfectly with the yarn of your choice.

The hat is designed with a 1cm allowance from your actual head circumference. Apart from the linen stitch used at the end of the brim, the entire piece is made with garter stitch. The knitting sequence starts with crown, then the top, and finally picking up stitches at the crown edge to knit the brim.
