Who doesn’t love a slouchy hat? This is a really simple pattern for a slouchy hat with a wide ribbed brim, and stripes. If you have a solid color that you like, a self-patterning yarn or a tweed type yarn you can make this pattern omitting the stripes to showcase the qualities of the yarn.

If you want the slouchy to be a little less slouchy, omit the last eight rounds of Color B, and use Color B for the decreasing.
