My kids, like most kids love to catch and investigate bugs, they especially love to catch butterflies and moths in a net and then keep them as pets in a jar.

The Mystery Moth has been inspired by these amazing insects, which transform from ravenous caterpillars to beautiful butterflies and moths. This process called metamorphosis is a mystery in its self and wonderful process to teach our children about.

Mystery Moth is a short sleeved garment which can be knit in solid, semi-solid or gradient yarn.
Written in sixteen sizes from Newborn to 12 years, and is completely seamless, this pattern is available in DK/8ply yarn.
