Construction
Sweater is worked from the top down. The back is worked first, then the left and right front sections are picked up and worked separately. Each front section begins with short row shaping in the lace pattern for each shoulder, followed by neckline shaping. After left and right front are complete, they are joined in a row that includes the neck cast-on stitches. Remaining front yoke is worked to underarm. Front and back are joined and remaining body is worked in the round until split hem, which is worked flat. Stitches are picked up for sleeves. Neckline finishing is applied.
