Nami Tote
Nami tote is a simple and sturdy tote, that carries all of your essentials; even the slightly heavier ones.
The tote is knit bottom up. First, the bottom is knit, and stitches are picked up along the edges. Afterwards, the tote is knit in stripes in the round. Finally, the strap is knit with decreases at the bottom.
MEASUREMENTS
Width: 40 cm 15.8 inches.
Height: 32 cm 12.6 inches.
Strap length: 68 cm 26.7 inches.
Strap width (most narrow part): 6 cm 2.4 inches.
All measured flat.
GAUGE
16 stitches x 20 rows = 10 x 10 cm 4 x 4 inches in stockinette stitch on a 4 mm US 6 needle.
RECOMMENDED NEEDLES
Circular needle 4 mm US 6m), and circular needle 3,5 mm US 4m).
MATERIALS
350 g Cotton Waves by Gepard Garn (50 g = 60 m), 150 g in color a and 200 g in color b.
