Oh, I loved to read when I was growing up and made the weekly walk to Taylor Memorial Library to get my books! My brothers read The Hardy Boys while I got lost in the Nancy Drew Mystery Series. The Secret of the Old Lace is book 59 in the series. What books did you enjoy reading when you were a child? When I started this sock I wasn’t sure what I was going to do so that was the mystery for me! This is the 4th pattern in the Recollections of Childhood series. I am having so much fun with this! They are knit from cuff to toe in an easily memorized and fun lace stitch. This pattern isn’t a “yarn hog” either. I got a pair of adult and children socks out of 3 of the Panda Wool! Thanks for looking, I really appreciate it.

Must knit now,

Phyll
