Naomi balaclava is a modern balaclava worked in a lightweight alpaca and brushed silk blend, creating a soft halo and natural warmth. Designed with a close fit around the face and an elongated neck, it layers comfortably under both jackets and coats and keeps you warm.

Neck circumference 56 cm flat; front opening 54 cm flat; length from crown to bottom edge 45 cm.

GAUGE
17 stitches x 24 rows in stockinette stitch on 4mm needles = 10 x 10 cm after blocking. If your gauge differs after blocking your swatch, adjust the needle size.

NEEDLES
3.0 mm and 4.0 mm circular needles (60 cm or 80 cm, both lengths are suitable for both needle sizes)

MATERIALS
100g Drops Alpaca (50g = 167m) 1 strand
held together with
75g Drops Brushed Alpaca Silk (25g = 140m) 1 strand
or other yarn with similar weight and characteristics.
