This is the perfect wrap for taking a nap, but it’s also a beautiful and warm accessory that can be worn with just about anything. I’ve chosen to use the garter stitch field to highlight triangles that make up the wrap by embroidering into the knitting, but you could also choose a colorful variegated yarn or a rich tonal colored yarn, and forgo the embroidery. You do you!

Construction
This is an adaptation of a creatively constructed blanket by Elizabeth Zimmerman. Worked flat from the middle front, you’ll make 8 connected triangles to create a large square with one side split from the middle.
