This sweater starts shoulder to underarms on the back side.
Right and left shoulders pick up from Crocheted Provisional CO and knit to the underarm on the front body. Then knit in to the round to bottom. After knitting body, pick up and knit both sleeves.

I knitted it with summer yarn, but I’ll try knitting it with wool yarn as well.

Suggesting needles
Main : JP 4(3.35mm) circular needle
Hem ribbing: JP 3(3.0mm) circular needle
I-code bind off : JP 7(4.2mm) circular needle
Crocheted cast on : JP 7(4.0mm) crochet needle

These are recommended needles, so knit them with a size close to the gauge.
