In the quest for a perfect vest The Necessary Vest was born. Fitted, but not tight, interesting without too much going on at once. A little lace, a little cabling and a lovely v-neck. Sure to become a wardrobe necessity.

Vest is knit from the bottom up in the round. Split at the armholes, fronts and back are then worked seperately, to be joined again at the shoulder in a three needle bind off. Armhole & neckline edgings are then picked up and knit on.
