Negroni
by Thea Colman
A long cowl is one of my favorite accessories to wear in cooler weather. Worn long in front or wrapped around my neck, this one adds a rich color and texture to any outfit, and it’s super cozy to boot.
The deep, cinnamon shade of this yarn and the round, squishy fiber really loves this texture pattern, broken up by a few ribs and a simple accent cable at center. The bobble stitch gives a complex, crochet-like quality to the fabric, but it’s worked simply by knitting and purling stitches together, in a motif that’s kind of addictive.
Plus -- to keep the fabric nice and drapey in all that texture, it’s worked on large needles, so this project knits up in no time.
Color: Glazed Pecan
