Nelumbo tee is a beautiful t-shirt that fits both jeans and skirt. The tee is suitable for both summer and transitional season, with a cardigan or blazer, it can easily be used in the winter season too. It has a beautiful cable pattern over the yoke which ends in stockinette knit.

Nelumbo tee is knitted around from top to bottom. First, the neckline is knitted in ribbing. The pattern and increases for the round yoke are knitted according to diagram. The work is divided and the body is knitted in stockinette knitting. The sleeves are knitted in the round from top to bottom in the same way as the body. Both body and sleeves are completed with a ribbing and alternatively an Italian bind off.

Techniques used:

• Knit according to diagram.
• Increases in the loop between stitches.
• Twist to the right and left.
• Single rib pattern.

You should choose a size based on your chest width. The tee is calculated with a positive ease of approx. 5 cm. There are instructions in the pattern to adapt to your measurements if your measurement falls within the upper or lower range of a size.

Circular needle size 3mm length 40-80cm depending on size.
Double pointed needles size 2,5mm, alternatively you can use magic loop.

Nelumbo tee er en smuk t-shirt som passer til både jeans og nederdel. Teen passer både til sommer og overgangs sæsonen, med en cardigan eler blazer over, kan den sagtens bruges i vinter sæsonen også. Den har et smukt snoningsmønster over bærestykket som ender i glatstrik.

Nelumbo tee  strikkes rundt oppefra og ned. Først strikkes halskanten i rib. Mønsteret og udtagningerne til det runde bærestykke startes nu efter diagram. Arbejdet deles og kroppen strikkes færdig i glatstrik. Ærmerne strikkes rundt oppe fra og ned på samme måde som kroppen. Både krop og ærmer afsluttes med en ribkant og en italiensk aflukning.
