Knit top down and seamlessly, this gorgeous cardigan features a colourwork pattern of falling hearts cascading down the circular yoke. Two cute pockets have gorgeous contrasting linings which are perfect for treasures to be stored in. It features optional colourwork on the sleeves and a duplicate heart for on the pockets.

Both charted and written instructions are provided for the solid hearts and the outlines.

Construction
Worked flat from the top down on circular needles with the yoke being worked in stranded colourwork. The body and sleeves are separated with the body worked to the pockets.

The outside of the pockets are worked first, before the contrasting linings. They are then joined to the body and the hem is worked. Both sleeves are worked from the top down, in the round with optional colourwork stripes on the sleeve ends.

Sizing
This cardigan has approximately 2 cm / 0.75” of positive ease built into the pattern, meaning it is a slim fit. For growing room, size up by one or two sizes while working the length to the child’s age. To fit an actual chest measurement of:
