As I struggled to find the right name for this two-tiered shawl, I happened to meet up with a friend and was introduced to her lovely mother-in-law, Neoma, who lights up the day with her smile and personality. The shawl is just the right size to keep your shoulders warm, and its waves of color will look lovely with any outfit. A little texture is added to make this shawl more than the sum of its deceptively simple parts.
