Gauge: 20.5 sts & 27 rows = 10cm / 4” over St st on 4mm needles after blocking.

Needles: 4mm / US 6 circular needle, 60-100cm / 24-40” length (depending on size worked) AND needles suitable for working small circumferences in the round.

Note: Begin the yoke using needles suitable for working small circumferences in the round, then change to circular needles as the circumference increases.
Always use a needle size that will result in the correct gauge after blocking.

Notions: 9 stitch markers (including one unique for beg of round), stitch holders or scrap yarn, tapestry needle

Notes: Nestledown is worked from the top down, in the round, with raglan sleeves. The back neck is shaped using German short rows. The tunic features a split hem, slightly longer in the back than at the front.
Hem, cuffs, and neckline are worked in a twisted rib stitch in a contrasting colour. When working charts: if working in the round read every row from right to left, if working flat read RS (even-numbered) rows from right to left and WS (odd-numbered) rows from left to right.
