The Nevada City Sweater is inspired the by its name sake. This adorable town is known as the gateway to the Tahoe National Forest. Quaint shops, old miner style bars, historic hotels and huge trees! Stroll down the historic downtown streets in the summer or in the winter time. Christmas in Nevada City is one of my favorites. Carolers dressed up in Victorian clothing, chestnuts roasting on an open fire, mulled wine, crafts and snow, it really is an adorable! Nevada City is quaint yet rugged, hence the lace and cable combination in this sweater.

This sweater is worked from the bottom up and joined at the shoulders. The pattern is written and charted.
