The Never Tear Us Apart Crochet Blanket Pattern is named after the song by INXS.

I chose this name because the yarn I used to design the companion cowl to this blanket has colored strands twisted together to make one awesome strand! The color purple twist is composed of purple, pink and grey strands!

…I also like the title for this blanket because once I throw this blanket over me I am in a state of ultimate coziness and you can’t tear us apart! This blanket is very warm and plush - a must have for your home!

This pattern is easy to follow and could be completed by a beginner. There are pictures throughout, but there is also a section at the end with step-by-step instructions and corresponding photos for every stitch used in the pattern. If you are a beginner and want to try it, give it a shot and if you have any confusion, let me know and I will help you through it in no time!

The blanket yarn is fun to crochet with and is soft, making it enjoyable to hold! The blanket is made in one piece and the size of the blanket is easy to change. Instructions are provided to tell you how to customize the blanket if you would like to make a bigger or smaller one.

Yarn used is 4 skeins Bernat Blanket Stich N Win in Pink Dust (100% polyester, 10.5 oz/300g, 220 yds, Super bulky weight # 6). A size P (11.5 mm) crochet hook and tapestry needle are also needed to make this blanket.

You can also use regular Bernat Blanket Yarn - same number of skeins. Personally, I love the colors Purple Twist, Blue Sky Twist and Inkwell.
