A Dickie is a faux turtle neck/neck warmer worn under a top or jacket. This is not a full sweater.

I used to love wearing sweaters, especially turtle necks. As I’ve aged (spectacular 60) I prefer not to wear them as opposed to nice cool tops, even in the wintertime.
