This is a seamless top-down pullover that is a fairly easy knit. The pattern is also easy to remember once you’ve done a couple of rounds. This is a very stretchy stitch and while you’re knitting, it may appear that the sweater will be too small. Once it’s off your needles and blocked it will be fine.

NOTE: There is also a pattern called Teddy’s Baby Pullover that I created using the same stitch as this one, but it is very slightly different in order to accommodate the stitch pattern in sizes to fit 3-6, 6-9 and 9-12 mos.

I made it using 16” circular needles, beginning with 2 circulars and then changing to just 1 when there were enough stitches on my needles. I did the sleeves using two circulars. Double pointed needles or one 40” circular for magic loop method will also work.
