Foot length in cm (measured from the heel) 8/9cm

MATERIALS:
Drops Fiesta (25% polyamide, 75% wool, 50g/110m)
Quantity 20g
knit with one strand of yarn
NEEDLES: double pointed needles size 3,5 mm

Additional materials needed:
scissors / measuring tape / tapestry needle (with a rounded tip).

KNITTING TENSION: 20 stitches in width and 32 rows in height with stocking stitch 10 x 10 cm.
NOTE: Needle size is only a guide. If you get too many stitches on 10 cm, change to a larger needle size. If you get too few stitches on 10 cm, change to a smaller needle size.

These socks are knitted from the cuff down using double-pointed needles. The cuff is worked in a 2×2 rib pattern, while the foot is worked in stockinette stitch. The toe is then shaped with decreases worked on every row and finished by drawing the yarn through the remaining stitches.

This pattern is designed for newborn babies and will fit approximately from birth to 3 months of age, depending on the baby’s foot size and the yarn used.
