3.75 mm (5) DPNs or Magic Loop Method
5.5 mm (9) DPNs or Magic Loop Method
Tapestry Sewing Needle
Stitch Marker
Stitch Holder for Pants
Sewing Thread and Needle
Scissors
Tape Measure
Small amount of fiberfill (or yarn scraps)
Skill Level:
Easy/Intermediate
Gauge:
Pants: 4 x 4 inches = 15 stitches x 24 rows
Gloves: 4 x 4 inches = 22 stitches x 29 rows
Finished Measurements:
Glove body laid flat:
4 ½ inches long x 3 ½ inches wide
Shorts: 8 inches long x 7 ½ inches wide

Abbreviations/ Stitches used
sts- stitches
k- knit
p- purl
CO- cast on
k2tog- knit two stitches together
kf&b- knit front and back of stitch

Yarn:
Lion Brand Heartland Redwood
Lion Brand Vanna’s Choice White
Lion Brand Vanna’s Choice Black- small amount of black yarn
Using similar weight yarn is fine as long as gauge is met.
Yardage: Approx. 85 yards for shorts
