Material, Supplies, and Information needed:

 H and I hook
 Worsted Weight yarn
 Tapestry Needle
 Scissors
 Measuring Tape

Abbreviations:
 CH: Chain
FSC: Foundation Single Crochet
 HDC: Half Double Crochet
 FPHDC: Front Post Half Double Crochet
 BPHDC: Back Post Half Double Crochet
 SS: Slip Stitch
