This knit shawl features a geometric focal stitch that is fun to both knit and wear, and is a little bit different from the usual geometric knitting patterns. It is paired with a cabled border stitch, making it a very unusual, but very pleasing, combination of stitches.

Skill Level: Intermediate (assuming a basic knowledge of knitting, purling, yo’s and cabling)

The stitches are both charted out and written out.

There are also instructions for an optional crocheted border, should you want it edged.

The shawl was expertly test knitted by Leslie Shattes. It was knit with Mrs. Crosby’s Hat Box in colorway Saunter.
