This hungry little mouse is nibbling on some cheese. This free pattern is for the toy mouse; the Gouda Cheese knitting pattern is also free from Ravelry.

Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the mouse is knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round), and the tail is i-cord worked on two DPNs.

NEEDLES
A pair each of 3mm single pointed knitting needles and DPNs (US 2.5).

RECOMMENDED YARN
Sirdar Hayfield Bonus DK; double knitting/light worsted weight; 100% acrylic; less than 25g in each colour.


NOTIONS
Tapestry needle, toy filling, and domed buttons for eyes.

SIZES
One size only - The body of the mouse is 9.5cm long.

TECHNIQUES
For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish.
