Celebrate a NICU babies biggest milestone. Coming home! This cute little graduation hat and scroll was designed by me, a fellow nicu mum whose youngest bub was a 27 weeker and spent 3 months in NICU.
This hat is designed to be newborn size which is the average babies size when being discharged by the hospital but can certainly be changed to a preemie size by just decreasing the main hat part to preemie sizing. There are many charts that you can google for this info.
The scroll is made in 2 pieces and sewn together. A crochet piece and a cotton fabric piece with an iron on transfer.
