Night meadow socks are simple top-down socks with a decorative pintuck and a small fair-isle motif on the ankle. The heel is constructed using the heel flap and gusset method (the heel flap is reinforced with the Eye of Partridge pattern). There is also a little decorative feature on the toes.

Night meadow socks are perfect if you like your knitting projects to be simple and relaxing (plain stockinette) but still have interesting bits that require some attention.

Sizing:
Size S (56 sts.) fits foot circumference approx. 16.5-18.5 cm (6.5-7.3”). Size M (64 sts.) fits foot circumference approx 19- 21 cm (7.4-8.3”). Size L (72 sts.) fits foot circumference approx 21-23 cm (8.3-9”). When in doubt, choose a bigger size (fair-isle motifs are less visible when stretched-out).
