The soap saver is knit top-down, using the magic loop technique or DPNs.

The drawstring may be formed by braiding 3 strands of yarn or crocheting a chain.

4mm knitting needles (use at least 22” cables, if using magic loop method)
3mm crochet hook (optional; for the drawstring)
