Nimbus // V-Neck Oversize Sweater

My one of all time favourite sweaters was always fluffy and soft ones. An oversize sweater with loose arms.. Chic and Cozy in most elegant way! Nimbus, is the sweater that I designed with these features.
It is an oversize sweater with a wide v-neck which is inspired by gloomy rain clouds. Mohair yarn and shape of the garment are helping to serve this cloud effect. Gloominess is interpreted with beautiful smoky blue. There are cables around the V-neck which are hinted that they are rain drops.

Back and front pieces are worked flat. It is worked bottom-up. 2 by 2 ribbing is worked for the cuffs. Stockinette stitch predominantly worked in this garment and a couple of rows garter stitch is worked at the top of the back piece. The sweater has a v-neck which constructed by dividing the front piece and worked seperately while decreasing every two rows. 3 by 3 cables are worked around the neck. Sleeves are started working flat then they are joined in the round. After all pieces are finished, they seamed together.
