A fun project for Valentine’s, perfect fast knit to make for yourself or as a gift for family and friends.

Sizes: Adult / Child
Unstretched Circumference : Adult 20” / 51cm. Child 17” / 43cm
(stretches up to 3”/8cm) Adult (23” / 59cm). Child (20” / 51cm)

Yarn: I used bulky weight yarn and mohair held together. The mohair is totally optional. You can easily make one using 2 strands of worsted too. Is totally up to you, be creative and have fun with it!
Here are the quantities I used for the Adult / Child sizes:
Bulky: 85yd. - 78m. - 80gm. / 51yd. - 47m. - 48gm.
Mohair: 85yd. - 78m. - 10gm. / 51yd. - 47m. - 5gm.

Needles: I used US10 / 6mm - 24”/60cm circulars, you will knit this project flat and I find that using the circular needles is great for knitting flat pieces. If you are a loose knitter I recommend going a size down on the needles.

Gauge: Swatching is not critical for this project. My gauge was 14 sts & 20 rows = 4”/10cm, and it was measured over the finished pattern knitted flat, after it was blocked.

Notions: Tapestry needle, 5 progress keepers or bulb pins, measuring tape, scissors.

Suggested Yarn:
Chelsea Luxe Chunky & Chelsea Luxe Mohair.
Knot House Yarns Lickety Split Bulky & Knot House Yarns Mo Debonair.

I will upload a video tutorial on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. Make sure you are following me @lunageminiknits to find it!
