When you want a little boy to be good, listen, clean up after himself, or eat his dinner, he needs a role model to look up to. In my son’s case, Ninja Nick is not only his mentor, but his alter ego. When he doesn’t listen, Ninja Nick does. When he doesn’t want to go to sleep, Ninja Nick is exhausted. When he doesn’t feel like getting in the bathtub, Ninja Nick is excited to play with his boats. This hat is a constant reminder for little ones that they can listen, and be trained by the best; Ninja Nick!

This pattern is only written for child size, right now, but if you use a heavier weight yarn, you can easily size up for adults!

Yarn requirements for worsted weight:

MC = Black (50yd)
CC1 = Green (30yd)
CC2 = Grey (40yd)

There are a few rows where you’ll need to hold all 3 colors at once and work stranded. There are some instructions in the pattern for how to do this. It’s not too hard!
