For best results, make the head with eyelash yarn.
A nisse (also known as a tomte, tomtenisse, or tonttu) is a mythological creature from Nordic folklore today typically associated with the winter solstice and the Christmas season. Although they are generally described as being short, having a long white beard. This one has more of a Bob Ross feel to him!
These little guys are so fuzzy and cute I just had to make one, and I experimented with fluffy yarn for the first time!
