PATTERN NOTES
Bold yet basic, this wardrobe staple will bring a smile to your face every time you wear it. The hem, sleeve cuffs, and neck edging feature a unique zig-zag rib in a striking contrast color. The body is worked in a rib stitch that creates flattering vertical lines and a fabric that hugs your body in all the right places.
This pullover is knit flat in pieces and seamed.

SEWING PATTERN NOTES
Anyone who knows me knows that I have a thing for crazy pants. Having already decided on two dresses and two skirts for this collection, I knew there was no better way to round things out with a pair of brightly colored pants.

As much as I love sewing, I am usually quite reluctant to sew pants. They can be time consuming and I have a tough time getting a good fit. I decided to pick an easy pattern with stretch fabric and elastic waistband to minimize my frustrations. And McCall’s 7198 did not disappoint!

I knew this project was going to start with the fabric choice. I found this amazing floral print scuba and knew it was destined to become these pants. I wanted to tone down the pants a bit, so I chose a classic v-neck sweater shape to pair with them. Again, with so many colors in the Bamboo Pop palette I had many options.
