For amigurumi always make your stitches tight and even. Always size your hook about 2 sizes down from what the yarn recommends. In this pattern i am using basic 100% acrylic yarn (red heart/ mainstays, 4 medium, worsted weight) with a 3.75mm hook. The eyes are 6mm in size (not for children under 3). This doll works up to be 6 inches, 6.5 inches including the bow. This will vary depending on your tension and yarn used.

This doll is no sew, excluding the bow.

You will need to know how to color change (cc), slip stitch (sl st), single crochet (sc), increases (inc), decreases (dec), work in front loop only (flo), magic ring (mr), embroider eye lashes / nose, and double treble stitches.
