Nordic Bear Sweater
The Nordic Bear Sweater is worked seamlessly from the top down using a circular yoke construction, making it easy to try on as you go and adjust the body and sleeve length to your preference. The design features an intentionally oversized fit, with a deeper yoke and lowered armholes that create a relaxed silhouette.
Several neckline options are included: double folded collar, full turtleneck, mock turtleneck, and classic crew neck. Short-row shaping is worked at the top of the yoke to raise the back neck for improved fit and comfort.
The pattern is written for 10 adult sizes, allowing you to select your desired amount of ease — from a closer fit to a generously oversized look. Sleeves are provided in two style variations: tapered for a more fitted finish, or wider for a relaxed feel.

Note: This sweater is designed to be worn with approximately 6-10 in /15.5-25.5 cm of positive ease; however, this is just a guide. Some people prefer a closer fit; do not be afraid to select an option that provides somewhat less than the suggested ease according to your own preferences.
