Pattern description from Folk Style: “The inspiration for this playful pullover was the traditional six-point star motif used in Scandinavian designs. Using graph paper, Ann Budd blew up a single star motif to fill the entire front of a sweater. To break from tradition, she used a contemporary cropped pullover shape with stand-up collar and worked it in a bulkier-than-expected yarn in the unconventional color combination of burnt orange and burgundy. For a bit of finishing detail, the cuffs and lower body are trimmed with a clean hem with a picot edge.”
