The easily memorizable stitch pattern of the Nor’easter Mitts make for a quick and lovely seasonal accessory. Four sizes are provided to fit teen through adult large hands, and instructions are given for how to customize the sizing in various ways for the perfect comfortable fit.

Pattern written in English using US Crochet terms and US measurements (inches and yards).

Skill Level
Intermediate. A photo tutorial for the star stitch is included.

Materials
125-225 yards weight 3/DK yarn, such as Terrapin Fiberworks Chesapeake DK organic cotton, or fingering weight held double (yardage requirements will also be double)
G/4.0mm & I/5.5mm crochet hooks, or hooks to meet gauge
Tapestry Needle
Scissors
Stitch markers
Fabric measuring tape
