About the pattern:
This hat is perfect for a head circumference of 56.5-58.5 cm. It’s knitted in the round with K2 P2 Rib, working from the bottom up. The pattern includes detailed written instructions, charts and short video tutorials to guide you through the process.

Yarn: Noro Silk Garden col. S1 - weight Aran (8 wpi), 1 ball = 100 m/50 g + Isager Silk Mohair col. 58 - 1 ball = 212 m/25 g.
Yardage: 1 skein of Noro and 1 skein of mohair are enough for a hat and a swatch. And I have about 15-20 grams of Noro yarn and 3 grams of mohair left.

Needles:
• 3.5 mm (US 4) circular needles with 40 cm needle cord
• 3.5 mm (US 4) stocking needles to form the top of the beanie or 3.5 mm circular needles if you prefer the magic loop technique
Knitting gauge K2 P2: 22 stitches in 10 cm and 39 rounds in 10 cm.

About the perfect fit: This hat is perfect for a head circumference of 56.5-58.5 cm. If you have a different head circumference or gauge, you can convert the number of stitches to your head circumference and gauge using the formulas in the pattern. But for the formulas to work, you have to knit a good swatch, 12 cm wide and 11 cm long. Be sure to wash the swatch and measure it carefully.

Skills needed to knit this hat: K2 P2 Rib, K2Tog decreases, knitting in the round, Long Tail Cast On.
