The Northern Gates is a seamless, top-down stranded colourwork yoke pullover that is knit in the round. It is inspired by Nordic nature with its rugged beauty translated into geometric shapes.

The pullover is designed with Scandinavian aesthetics in mind, which are known for their minimalistic approach and their endeavour to incorporate natural beauty into the functionality of the design.

The colourwork pattern is gender-neutral, but there
are added adjustments to accommodate different body shapes for a better fit. In addition to the back neck short-row shaping and under-arm raglan shaping, this particular version features steeper yoke increase rate to fit wider shoulders and wider arm circumference compared to Northern Tales pullover.
