Hat fits head size between 55cms and 59cms.

This is a new edition of my video How to Knit a Hat. An “inside out” unisex style ribbed hat. EASY, Step by step.

In this video you will find a complete step-by-step tutorial on knitting the hat from start to finish. Also, such important details as gauge, correct placing of the markers, a detailed demo of the decreases, how to shape the hat after washing, and before and after photos.

For a cast-on technique and a completely jogless connection in a circle please watch my videos:

INVISIBLE ribbed CAST ON for rib 1x1 - NEW completely JOGLESS joining in the Round. ITALIAN CAST ON

or ITALIAN TUBULAR CAST ON for rib 1x1 - NEW completely JOGLESS joining in the Round. MAGIC LOOP.

The brand of yarn I used was Brown Sheep Lamb’s Pride worsted: grey hat - Grey Heather (M-03) and beige hat - Sandy Heather (M-01). You can also use any other brand of yarn that you like: however I recommend to choose yarn that can produce a bouncy rib.

Size adjustment: The hat fits head sizes 55cms-58cms. For a larger head size (59cms-60cms) switch from 3.5mm to 3.75mm needle. For kids’ sizes use a finer yarn and a smaller needle size.

Have a lot of fun knitting!
