Celtic designs, knit from charts, grace this Salish-style shawl-collared jacket. Body is worked in the round to the shoulders, with steeks for the front opening and armholes. Two-color stockinette sections are worked using the largest needle (the one used for the swatch), and the plain, one-color sections of the body (but not the sleeves) are worked using a needle one size smaller to create subtle shaping. This may be eliminated for a roomier fit.

Sizing Notes: The size of the jacket is determined by the needle size -- the larger sizes are made using larger needles. For this reason, doing a gauge swatch is very important!
