I decided to branch out and make something for the house. I love the colour purple, so this chunky purple yarn that I found at a thrift store was perfect for making a couple of cuddly pillows. The motif is simple – ribbing, stockinette, and purl strips through the middle of the pillow. The name Nostlan comes from Old English and means bands or strips.
