I was playing around with a hook one day and ended up making this scarf based on a tunisian foundation stitch. It is similar but slightly different. This CAN be made with a regular hook…the sample was!

Alternate between rows similar to hdc and sc, worked in a different way (step by step pix in pattern), to give it a lighter weave. Perfect for year round.

Materials
Yarn: Worsted weight yarn in choice of colors

Crochet Hooks: N or P. An afghan hook (with hooks on both ends) or a long crochet hook is helpful, but not necessary. The sample was made on a standard P hook.

Gauge: not important for this project

Measurement: 6” wide x desired length

Skill Level: easy with basic crochet skills
