Originally released as my annual No Rhinebeck? No Problem! Mystery knit, this cowl combines punchy mosaic with practical dickie-style flaps worked in two different colors.

Not a fan of flaps? No problem! Classic ending is also included.

YARN
You will need two colors of DK or light worsted weight yarn: 200 yards of main color (MC) and 150 yards of contrast color (CC).

The pattern looks best in high contrast, but low contrast options could work too! You could combine solid MC with speckled or long-color repeat yarns as CC. Of course, two high contrast solids is always a safe and classic choice too!

MC: 200 yards
CC: 150 yards

Any DK/light worsted weight yarn that knits to gauge. Suggested yarns:

  • madelinetosh DK Twist
  • madelnetosh High Twist DK
  • Cascade 220 Superwash
  • Miss Babs Intrepid
  • Miss Babs Yowza

Sample shown in MC(Miss Babs Intrepid in color Oyster) and CC (madelinetosh DK Twist in color Void)
