This polo is a minimalist and modern interpretation of a timeless classic with puff short-sleeves and ribbed accents. Its lightweight design and comfortable fit make it a wardrobe staple. Cropped to sit at the natural waist it features a classic polo-style placket that can be styled open for a casual look or buttoned up for a more polished effect. The pattern is written for an intermediate knitter and can be work with a week or two depending on skill level.

construction: The polo is worked from bottom to top in the round until the beginning of the armholes then it transitions to flat knitting, separating the front and back. The front is work first then the back, the shoulders are then joined. The placket is added after the body is complete. Short sleeves are added by picking up stitches around the armholes and the collar is worked at the end.
