The O Tannenbaum hat pattern is done using the mosaic technique. Mosaic knitting is a method of colorwork, and it is more stretchy than stranded knitting because it doesn’t have long floats. Also, only one color is used at a time, making it easier for beginners. This mosaic hat pattern contains instructions to make hats from both sport and worsted weight, with and without a fold over brim.
Charted instructions only.
