Sweet… with a splash of the ocean.
These Ocean Macarons are part of my free Ocean Desserts Collection, decorated with tiny shells, pearls and sandy textures. A fun little project that’s quick to make and impossible not to smile at.

Difficulty level: easy

Materials and tools:
1) yarn recommended YarnArt Jeans, 55%cotton/45%PAC, 160m50g (174yds1.76oz) in colors:
turquoise/menthol, col. A #81/#79
brown, col. B #70
sand, col. C #07
milk, col. D #03
2) stuffing
3) hook size 2mm US 4; additionally hook size 1.75mm (it’s optional)
4) scissors, pins, markers, tapestry needle, needle for sewing
5) transparent glue for fabric or hot glue gun with sticks

Abbreviations:
YO – yarn over
st/sts – stitch/stitches
BLO – back loop only
FLO – front loop only
MR – magic ring
sc – single crochet stitch
ch – chain stitch
ss/sl st – slip stitch
hdc – half-double crochet stitch
